Origins and development: The Professional Education Centre (CAP), under the Ministry of Labour, became the Vocational Training Centre (CFP), in agreement with the Lombardy region. In 1994 and 1995, the Vocational Training Centre started 2nd level courses, both vocational updating and post-graduate and courses for unemployed.
