Origins and development: The Vocational Training Centre “Bearzi” in Udine was founded in 1939 and operates in VET in the region of Friuli Venezia Giulia. The Bearzi centre was first committed in the industrial sector, but later put in place the typical characteristic of the Salesian School: it became School of Arts and Crafts, which during its three years course prepared the student to enter the labour market. In 1956, the authorization of the Ministry of Labour managed the Professional Education Centre (Centro di Addestramento Professionale, CAP), which with the law of 1978 became Vocational Training Centre (Centro di Formazione Professionale, CFP). Historically the Vocational Training Centre is a center able to carefully follow the education and training of every young person in order to prepare them for life and labour market.

Sectors and activities today: it promotes Initial, Continuing and Higher Vocational Training activities not publicly funded and other training activities.

It mainly operates in Mechanical, Automotive and Electrical sector.
